Patrick Kraemer is known for his strong advocacy and commitment to his clients. Corporate, litigation, municipal and planning law are his practice areas. Patrick obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Guelph, a Masters of Environmental Science (Land Use Planning) from the University of Waterloo and Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School (York University). Patrick articled with Shibley Righton LLP in Toronto, practiced at several firms in Toronto and Waterloo before starting Kraemer LLP in 2020.

Patrick is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations, member and past Trustee of the Waterloo Region Law Association.

Simenpal earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Prior to entering law school, Simenpal worked in various legal settings, including the Toronto-Dominion Bank’s legal department, where he developed a passion for litigation and dispute resolution, real estate and corporate law. Simenpal completed his licensing at a prominent Cambridge law firm where he worked on employment, family, corporate, real estate, litigation, small claims, human rights, and landlord & tenant matters. Simenpal areas of practice are family, criminal and residential real estate. He received the 2022 Diamond Award for Best Family Law Lawyer in Waterloo Region.

Simenpal is fluent in English and Punjabi.

Simenpal is a member and Trustee of the Waterloo Region Law Association.

Veronica Nelson began her university studies at the University of Waterloo. She completed two undergraduate degrees simultaneously: a Bachelor of Science (Honours Biomedical Sciences) and a Bachelor of Arts (Liberal Studies). Upon her attainment of the Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa, Veronica pursued graduate qualifications. She earned a Master of Laws from Queen’s University and proceeded directly into Queen’s doctoral program in law.

Veronica is delighted to resume residency in Kitchener. She is eager to use her knowledge and skills for the benefit of Kraemer LLP and its clients. Her area of focus is litigation.

Veronica is a member of the Waterloo Region Law Association.

Robby Sekhon brings a wealth of international experience having worked at esteemed firms both abroad and in Canada. With a diverse background in multiple areas of law, including corporate law, family law, real estate law, and immigration law, Robby offers a comprehensive perspective to his clients. He completed his licensing experience at a distinguished firm in Toronto, where he gained expertise in personal injury, medical malpractice, and litigation. Robby earned his law degree from the University of Liverpool, where he actively participated in mooting competitions, honing his advocacy and legal research skills. His commitment to staying at the forefront of legal knowledge enables him to provide innovative solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Robby strives to build strong and trusting relationships, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the legal process.

Robby Sekhon is dedicated exclusively to civil litigation, making it his primary focus.
